Thanks to our strong executive team, robust financial position, product portfolio consisting of the world's finest technology brands, superior logistics capability, ecosystem of over 8000 business partners, and our capability to access all parts of Türkiye in the most efficient and broadest fashion, we have maintained our position as the best address for "one-stop procurement" in the technology sector for 35 consecutive years. Having left 2023 achieving a remarkable success in the sector leadership we have maintained since 2000, we are now stepping into 2024 with huge ambitions befitting the second century of our Republic.
Along with the extraordinary developments in technology, we feel the impact of digitalization in almost all countries of the world and in all aspects of life more and more every day. Technology is an integral part of the lives of all humanity today as it was the case in the past, and the significance of digitalization in our lives is growing day by day. It would therefore be wise for us to get ready for tremendous technological advancements in 2024 as well.
It is safe to say that the impact of artificial intelligence models and applications, developing computing power and smarter devices in developing business models and innovation processes will gradually increase as of 2024. We will also witness in 2024 much more of the astonishing advancements we saw in ChatGPT technology in 2023. As of 2024, we will also talk more about quantum artificial intelligence. Quantum artificial intelligence is not yet a trend that will affect all sectors immediately, but we will see its applications in an increasing number of areas in the near future. We can say that another important technological development in 2024 will be the advanced wireless connectivity. The combination of 5G and IoT fairly has the potential to redefine our digital experiences. Thanks to technologies such as 5G and 6G, we will witness developments such as the increase in productivity and improvement of user experiences in many sectors in the near future. Cloud and edge computing, augmented reality and virtual reality will continue to be the areas that we will frequently mention with new developments.
With all such developments, it is very important that in 2024 and the following years we bring sustainable technologies more to the agenda for the future of the world. I believe that we can make more use of the power of sustainable technology, artificial intelligence and generative AI to bequeath a habitable world to future generations. In particular, it is possible for generative AI to produce smart sustainable solutions for efficient renewable energy techniques and electric vehicles.
The potential of all these new technologies to make the world smarter, more efficient and more connected is truly electrifying.
